New OHPR Team Application

If you interested in becoming part of the OHPR Team. 

Please answer all the questions on the Membership application and click on Apply for Membership.   After recieving back your application, OHPR Team members will look over the application and we will be touch with you for an interview. Please note: This is not a paid job, this is volunteer.  There is a $5.00 per month membership fee to help with cost of website, shirts, new equipment, travel, etc.
