The Thomas House 2026

 Originally constructed in 1890 as the Cloyd Place Hotel by the Cloyd brothers during the area's mineral spring boom. A fire destroyed the original structure in 1924, and it was rebuilt in its current form in 1927. Purchased by the Cole/Thomas family in 1993, who restored the property and operate it as a historic bed and breakfast and hotel.  One of only two or three historic mineral-spring resort hotels remaining in Red Boiling Springs. Widely ranked as one of the most haunted locations in the United States, featured on shows like Ghost Hunters, Portals to Hell, and Paranormal State.  Known for sightings of a little girl named Sarah in Room 37 and the white hallway, as well as a whistling shadow figure (Mr. Cloyd)
